Upon receipt of this form, we will confirm your request and provide you with an RMA number and further instructions.
Please note that brand-specific warranty conditions apply to our products.
Arranging transport & repair of defective products are on the customer’s cost. All products are sent back to our headquarter in The Netherlands. Always contact your head contact first or open a RMA case before arranging repairs.
When a warranty case takes place, TMG will get in touch with you for arranging return shipment. When repairs are under brand-specific warranty conditions, all repairs will be free of charge.
Products sent to us for repair without a RMA number will not be processed until a RMA form has been submitted.
